Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Paulistano - DMZ from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Koehler. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Koehler got free with Jorge Campos in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Art Movies Entertainment's goal looked a bit too open when Fazıl Gol came free, but Henrique Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the A.C. Paulistano - DMZ defense, Kiko Sampaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Campos. The A.C. Paulistano - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Campos should have stopped the shot. Kiko Sampaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jorge Campos made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Cacá Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazıl Gol in the 32nd minute of play forced Art Movies Entertainment's goalkeeper Henrique Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hudson Silva hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Art Movies Entertainment's Antônio Carlos Dantas got a free kick in the 36th minute. Kiko Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fazıl Gol to strike the kick off in the second half. Kiko Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Paulistano - DMZ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Osvaldinho Pena hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Cacá Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldinho Pena during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A.C. Paulistano - DMZ's Jorge Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hudson Silva in the 81st minute of play. Jorge Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiko Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Art Movies Entertainment booed when A.C. Paulistano - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Bruno Leite recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Henrique Bueno. Bruno Leite showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
