The corner led Breguete FC's Valdir Loureiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Aloísio Rodrigues despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eugênio de Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Aloísio Rodrigues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breguete FC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. Carlos Alberto Antunes replaced Kiko Vides. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ni Feng Nan was the one to do the kick off. Warren FC - DMZ's David Luis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alexsandro Cruz in the 54 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Feng Nan in the 58th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Artur Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Warren FC - DMZ's Frederico Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vito Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Aloísio Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 played minutes, Breguete FC's Valdir Loureiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aloísio Rodrigues came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Breguete FC reached it. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Alexsandro Cruz hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Breguete FC's zone, Zé Roberto Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Pernambucano came out of the goal and Zé Roberto Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Zé Roberto Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warren FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Roberto Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Antônio Paulista made a precise shot to the right of Aloísio Rodrigues. Warren FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The Warren FC - DMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
