After 25 minutes of play, Gol Legal FC's Betinho Gerber made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Velcho Rolanski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute Betinho Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velcho Rolanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Shevchenko in the 30th minute of play forced Gol Legal FC's goalkeeper Kemalettin Erbatur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Baptista got free with Kemalettin Erbatur in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Velcho Rolanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiao Kun Guo in the 39th minute of play forced Teresópolis F.C's goalkeeper Velcho Rolanski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Gol Legal FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dorival Toscano hit a great ball. Kemalettin Erbatur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Shevchenko in the 46th minute. After the first half Gol Legal FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Shevchenko in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kemalettin Erbatur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gol Legal FC's Kemalettin Erbatur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Baptista in the 56th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Velcho Rolanski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Jannis Van Hove fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gol Legal FC's protests and gave Jannis Van Hove a yellow card for diving instead. Jannis Van Hove kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Gol Legal FC's Cristian de Queirós was substituted for Antoni Borkowski. Jannis Van Hove hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Velcho Rolanski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Allan Prestes. Gol Legal FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
