Coice de Mula were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Airborne FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abram Cadabra took the corner. Kiko Fonseca hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Airborne FC's attentive Luan Mota managed to snatch the ball when Byrne Hopkins made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Oğuzhan Apaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gianluigi Orange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Coice de Mula getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kiko Fonseca hit a great ball. If Oğuzhan Apaydın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gianluigi Orange saved Coice de Mula from getting behind. Gianluigi Orange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 27th minute of play. Airborne FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horia Lupu in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Marcos Linares got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Orange quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 30th minute Airborne FC were awarded a corner. Horia Lupu went to the cornerflag to take it. Oğuzhan Apaydın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gianluigi Orange having to make a save. Gianluigi Orange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute Oğuzhan Apaydın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 96thth minute of the game Leandro Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Airborne FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
