Paulo Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mané Matorin hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s zone, Teofil Gorzkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gino Tonić came out of the goal and Teofil Gorzkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerônimo Moreira hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes TIMETER EC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Félix. In the 22nd match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Perivaldo Loyola shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Victor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- reached it. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Pablo Teran was slow to take the kick. During this time TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Yang Sang Qian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gino Tonić did a great save. If Teofil Gorzkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teofil Gorzkiewicz got free with Gino Tonić in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yang Sang Qian hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Pablo Teran to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Jan Piatek came free, but Paulo Victor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofil Gorzkiewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gino Tonić. That made the score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Pablo Teran to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Perivaldo Loyola tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Velin Golubarev made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Teofil Gorzkiewicz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gino Tonić was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teofil Gorzkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gino Tonić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TIMETER EC -DMZ-. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Alves was substituted for Teofil Gorzkiewicz. TIMETER EC -DMZ- made a substitution. Fance Salisbury replaced Guilherme Félix. 64 minutes into the match, Mathias Alves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gino Tonić. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias Alves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Mathias Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gino Tonić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gino Tonić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Alves in the 73rd minute of play. Paulo Victor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Piatek in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Fance Salisbury managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fance Salisbury was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gino Tonić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Luís Guilherme Schmidt hit a great ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Mathias Alves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gino Tonić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A throw-in in the 87th minute of the game was made by João Vítor Branco with Magno Sampaio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Velin Golubarev got free in front of the goal in the 93rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Paulo Victor was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mathias Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gino Tonić having to make a save. Gino Tonić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Alves in the 94th minute of play. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
