Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zézinho Lopez started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Airborne FC's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Barreto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudemiro Fragoso. After having played for 5 minutes, Claudemiro Fragoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Club Mavericks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudemiro Fragoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timmy Zander hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Timmy Zander kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Halit Hürsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xande Gay having to make a save. Xande Gay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halit Hürsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Adrio during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute of the match Äli Abdulrähmanov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xande Gay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Claudemiro Fragoso notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto. Pedro Paulo Barreto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 23 minutes, Äli Abdulrähmanov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Airborne FC and the Sport Club Mavericks players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes Airborne FC got a freekick which was hit by Äli Abdulrähmanov. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Lopez in the 26th minute of the match. Sven Lind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Xande Gay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zézinho Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Claudemiro Fragoso came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Sport Club Mavericks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudemiro Fragoso couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Halit Hürsoy came free, but Xande Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Sport Club Mavericks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafim Toledo to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Claudemiro Fragoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Paulo Barreto. Airborne FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudemiro Fragoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 44th match minute, Sport Club Mavericks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Zander to maneuver through the defense. Airborne FC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Sport Club Mavericks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Horia Lupu took the corner. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Halit Hürsoy made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the game Äli Abdulrähmanov made a throw-in which Marcos Linares played forward. Xande Gay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Hürsoy in the 55th minute of the match. Sport Club Mavericks's Claudemiro Fragoso got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sport Club Mavericks made a substitution. Sven Lind succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Sport Club Mavericks's attentive Serafim Toledo managed to snatch the ball when César Sampaio made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Velloso in the 91st minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Xande Gay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
