In the 4th minute, Vilhelm Lundqvist fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Wilson Amorim. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egil Belkå in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. Egil Belkå had several of the Portugal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Wilson Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 12th minute of play forced вιℓтємα's goalkeeper Jonas Belkå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Felipe Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jonas Belkå was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Belkå saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Belkå having to make a save. Jonas Belkå took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Belkå in the 30th minute of play. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Belkå in the 37th minute of play. After 48 played minutes вιℓтємα got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Sandberg. In the 49th minute of the match Felipe Barreto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Belkå skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 54th minute of play forced вιℓтємα's goalkeeper Jonas Belkå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. вιℓтємα's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of вιℓтємα's goalie and right to Faustino Almeida. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. вιℓтємα's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jonas Belkå took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. вιℓтємα made a substitution. Tobias Nordström replaced Håkan Johnsson. вιℓтємα made a substitution. Douglas Belkå replaced Bo Hedström. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Egil Belkå sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Belkå in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Börje Belkå ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. After 72 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Miranda. After 80 played minutes вιℓтємα got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Sandberg. 83 minutes into the match, вιℓтємα's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomeu Dias came free, but Jonas Belkå reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egil Belkå took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Egil Belkå sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Egil Belkå stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Egil Belkå tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Belkå came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias. But to his dismay, Bartolomeu Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3.
