Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xande Cavani's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 8thth minute of the game Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bernt Ånger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xande Cavani, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bernt Ånger. Bernt Ånger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. VERDOLAGA CITY FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Brun Bucaran took the corner. 26 minutes into the match, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Bernt Ånger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bernt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernt Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. After 42 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brun Bucaran who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Bernt Ånger in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bernt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 53rd minute of play. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Bernt Ånger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save VERDOLAGA CITY FC from getting a goal against them. Bernt Ånger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Gust Ennemans hit a great ball. VERDOLAGA CITY FC made a substitution. Oriol Loyola replaced Huang Xi Feng. Gust Ennemans kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Bernt Ånger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Cazimir Buș. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 93rd minute of play forced VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Bernt Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Ånger made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
