Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cléber Souza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 9th minute of play. Eray Çapan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cléber Souza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cacá Ramos got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléber Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Cacá Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cléber Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cléber Souza. Cléber Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cléber Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robbie Lefevere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars Meesters took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cléber Souza. Cléber Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Cléber Souza successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 68th minute of play forced Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cléber Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cléber Souza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Cléber Souza in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cléber Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cléber Souza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Cléber Souza in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 88th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 89th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cléber Souza was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Maxaranguape - FSCMZ through an amazing save. Cléber Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 92 minutes, Arí Paiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maxaranguape - FSCMZ and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Maxaranguape - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arí Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Cléber Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands played a much better game than Maxaranguape - FSCMZ and deserved their victory. The Maxaranguape - FSCMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
