Italy were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after C. A. Potrero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Sigfrido Auletta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Arendarski quite easily take care of the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Karol Borowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. A. Potrero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Arendarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Emil Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 35 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Arendarski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celestino Sidro made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Arendarski having to interfere. In the 47th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

C. A. Potrero's Mauro Abarca was substituted for Mauro Silvino. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Arendarski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Eliseo Cutri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Borowski scored 2-4 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Sigfrido Auletta made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski managed to reach the ball for a save. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Emil Arendarski made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Celestino Sidro in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. In the 83rd minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Italy made a substitution.
