Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Spain's Omar Toledo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Vito Seco got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Floresta Negra FC's zone, Omar Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egun Pais came out of the goal and Omar Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Cole in the 7th minute of the match. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Ascaso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Cole in the 13th minute. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Rabellino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Cole in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Andy Cole sped through Spain's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floresta Negra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jerzy Zjawin in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Omar Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spain fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Adria Bielsa took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egun Pais. Egun Pais dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andy Cole to strike the kick off in the second half. Egun Pais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adria Bielsa went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Andy Cole's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Ascaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 60th minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Spain's goalie and right to Edson de Lima. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Spain's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Egun Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 71st minute of the match. Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski was substituted for Andy Cole. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Lewandowski in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 78th minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
