Enéas Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Enrique Cassaretto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amílton Dantas. Enrique Cassaretto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Filipe Eanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. George Forsyth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute Tulio Andinyach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Francisco Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Francisco Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Grêmio Meia Praia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Soeiro couldn't finish the play. Enrique Cassaretto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amílton Dantas having to make a save. With a little luck, Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas got control of the ball when Enrique Cassaretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Enrique Cassaretto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Amílton Dantas. The goal made the score 2-0. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Eanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 23 in the game by Enrique Cassaretto from a close distance when the talented Amílton Dantas managed to make a qualified save. Grêmio Meia Praia's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Amílton Dantas to make any attempt to save it. Amílton Dantas made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Enrique Cassaretto sent off a good shot on target. The CD Municipal fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Enrique Cassaretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Cassaretto got free with Amílton Dantas in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the game, Enrique Cassaretto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amílton Dantas. Enrique Cassaretto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Enrique Cassaretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílton Dantas having to interfere. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Grêmio Meia Praia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enéas Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amílton Dantas had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Enrique Cassaretto's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Filipe Eanes made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amílton Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi was substituted for Enrique Cassaretto. CD Municipal's Peter Haber was substituted for Tulio Andinyach. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Enéas Bastos with Luiz Gustavo Dante as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 65th minute Ryota Miyagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oalo Dean in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amílton Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66thth minute of the game Oalo Dean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oalo Dean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílton Dantas having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, CD Municipal's Oalo Dean nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amílton Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When CD Municipal's Oalo Dean in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grêmio Meia Praia's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Grêmio Meia Praia defense, Oalo Dean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amílton Dantas. The Grêmio Meia Praia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amílton Dantas should have stopped the shot. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Grêmio Meia Praia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Oalo Dean notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas. Amílton Dantas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CD Municipal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Grêmio Meia Praia for a fine match.
