Altermundi FC's Recai Taykurt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 16 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Piedra having to make a save. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disvandis Larraona made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. 26 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's Pedro Reyes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Rodolfo Miranda with Felipe Barreto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 32nd minute, Altermundi FC's Visen Allu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Candido Piedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Visen Allu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Visen Allu took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Viriato Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Visen Allu was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Zgrăbunţa in the 53rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Altermundi FC from getting a goal against them. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Disvandis Larraona got a free kick in the 61st minute. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Caetano Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute, Visen Allu made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After some careless play in the Altermundi FC defense, Felipinho Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Piedra. The Altermundi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Piedra should have stopped the shot. Raul Caetano got a throw-in 78 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Caetano Moreira. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visen Allu in the 82nd minute of play. Altermundi FC's Sem Barang was substituted for Visen Allu. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Altermundi FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
