Candido Piedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Visen Allu in the 25th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Piedra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Candido Piedra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 38 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Renard. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Visen Allu in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Gomberto Picozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Sigfrido Auletta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disvandis Larraona kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Candido Piedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Visen Allu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Renard hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Sostene Vitulli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. Sigfrido Auletta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Candido Piedra made a huge save. After having played for 69 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaccheo Andolina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Diego Renard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Zaccheo Andolina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Altermundi FC's Sem Barang was substituted for Visen Allu. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Adriano Curto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Jude Hylton got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Italy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
