When RompePiernas FC's Cipriano Aguilera in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th minute, Cipriano Aguilera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Aguilera was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 16th minute. RompePiernas FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 18 minutes into the game, Paolo Péron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, RompePiernas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Angelo Garci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Felipe Barreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Garci was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 40th minute of play forced RompePiernas FC's goalkeeper Angelo Garci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Garci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Galeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Viriato Moura hit a great ball. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Aguilera in the 56th minute of the match. Angelo Garci made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Pimentel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Viriato Moura got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. A sloppy throw-in by Sylwester Fikus in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. If Felipinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The throw-in from Sylwester Fikus in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Galeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Garci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, RompePiernas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Aguilera to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Portugal's Felipinho Amorim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Garci. Angelo Garci yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. The RompePiernas FC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when RompePiernas FC's Cipriano Aguilera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. RompePiernas FC's Angelo Garci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 91st minute of play. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paolo Péron's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. RompePiernas FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
