An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 17th minute of play forced Mala FC's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mala FC's Caetano Guerreiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jonathan Criado, made in the 19th minute of the game. Mala FC's Virgílio da Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that David Aranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Varela was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Virgílio da Rocha took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gabriel Ascaso to make any attempt to save it.
