Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Raphael Veiga managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Horst-Peter Unterberger in the 80 minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Dráusio Albuquerque came free, but Ovidiu Adrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidiu Adrian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Leite in the 87th minute of the match. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
