Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Havier, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Evelio Milian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Evelio Milian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by ADM Taquaras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicente Naike was slow to take the kick. During this time Chelsea Football Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Vicente Naike almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno did a great save. Jeremias Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lizer Cordal in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Chelsea Football Club getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Vicente Naike hit a great ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea Football Club's goalkeeper Evelio Milian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lizer Cordal made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Keanu Reeves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Milian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 58th minute of the match. Lizer Cordal might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremias Moreno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lizer Cordal ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lizer Cordal in the 64th minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chelsea Football Club's Firme Verga was substituted for Lizer Cordal. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save ADM Taquaras from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firme Verga in the 83rd minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chelsea Football Club's Raimundo Rexino got a free kick in the 85th minute. Evelio Milian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Aparecido in the 90th minute of play. After 93 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Tales De Mileto. ADM Taquaras's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
