Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Nacho Hernández made the kick off and thus started the match. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Dep. Moron booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egbert Nijveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Bob Hart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnout Reekers showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mihkel Aksalu came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Dep. Moron's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mihkel Aksalu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Hernández in the 25th minute of play. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihkel Aksalu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 31st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 36 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Dulgherescu came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 39th minute of play forced Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Mihkel Aksalu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihkel Aksalu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 41st minute of the match. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dep. Moron's Mihkel Aksalu did a great save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Dep. Moron:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Netherlands:s goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Barnes in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Hernández in the 53rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Dep. Moron's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Egbert Nijveldt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dep. Moron's Mihkel Aksalu did a great save. Moron's Nacho Hernández made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Wim Wilmes hit a great ball. Diego Arden took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, David Eikelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eikelkamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihkel Aksalu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihkel Aksalu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Mihkel Aksalu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. 78 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mihkel Aksalu, 1-3. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihkel Aksalu having to interfere. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Dep. Moron's Ion Dulgherescu. But to his dismay, Ion Dulgherescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Hernández in the 90th minute of the match. Ion Dulgherescu charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ion Dulgherescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ion Dulgherescu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Dep. Moron's goalkeeper Mihkel Aksalu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Netherlands walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
