Chris Nygaard hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, C. A. Rompelomo's Nereo Rocendo got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 43 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Hernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Florin to make the kick off.
