Sebastião Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 13 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Willis. After 14 played minutes Bandelocos got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Sobis. Tiago Moraes hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Luís Gustavo Urbano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 18 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bandelocos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Nilson do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Macdonald in the 27th minute of play. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 37th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Henry Tormes got a free kick in the 39th minute. The supporters of Bandelocos booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leighton Davies didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Guilherme Varela to strike the kick off in the second half. One of Bandelocos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of England:s goal. The goalkeeper, Nilson do Vale, was totally fooled by England's Micah Macdonald, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Henry Tormes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Tormes came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Sebastião Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastião Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
