Godfredo Obano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC MANLE. Ömer-Faruk Balcik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godfredo Obano came out and tried to block the shot, but Ömer-Faruk Balcik slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Acosta was the one to do the kick off. Kaya Ulucay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norberto Heerdt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Godfredo Obano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer-Faruk Balcik in the 64th minute of the match. If Feliciano Itzaina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ALEXANDRIA's Godfredo Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer-Faruk Balcik in the 71st minute of play. Ömer-Faruk Balcik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Obano having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Itzaina in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norberto Heerdt saved FC MANLE from getting behind. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC MANLE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Feliciano Itzaina was slow to take the kick. During this time ALEXANDRIA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on ALEXANDRIA's corner Feliciano Itzaina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Norberto Heerdt quite easily take care of the ball. After 77 minutes, Cipriano Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALEXANDRIA and the FC MANLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC MANLE made a substitution. Bahtiyar Yetişbey replaced Ömer-Faruk Balcik. The supporters of FC MANLE booed when ALEXANDRIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bahtiyar Yetişbey scored 2-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godfredo Obano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, FC MANLE's Kaya Ulucay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Godfredo Obano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the ALEXANDRIA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC MANLE.
