In the 12th minute of the match C. A. Potrero got a corner. Eintracht Cernavoda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pastor Montrell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raimundo Santos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Emil Arendarski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ionel Gâlcă. 17 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Isak. In the 20th minute Mateusz Marajda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Corcoveanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yin Li Ying in the 21st minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Isak kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Ignado to maneuver through the defense. Mateusz Marajda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ionică Corcoveanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Ionică Corcoveanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 44 minutes into the match, C. A. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yin Li Ying made a kick off. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yin Li Ying, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ionică Corcoveanu came out of the goal and Mustafa Barış Yorangil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Arendarski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihăiţă Jder went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Eintracht Cernavoda's Ionică Corcoveanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Eintracht Cernavoda from getting a goal against them. When Ingemar Kvist fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eintracht Cernavoda's protests and gave Ingemar Kvist a yellow card for diving instead. C. A. Potrero were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Eintracht Cernavoda's much stronger midfield.
