With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Hitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximino Hitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Schmidt in the 6th minute of play. Maximino Hitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Benjamin Fernado put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hansjörg Wastl. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Prata got free with Maximino Hitz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner ended in He Jing almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NECKER49's Maximino Hitz did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's zone, Benjamin Fernado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hansjörg Wastl came out of the goal and Benjamin Fernado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximino Hitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Prata in the 24th minute of the match. Maximino Hitz made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Yan Schmidt sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Yan Schmidt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Hitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by NECKER49's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. He Jing was slow to take the kick. During this time Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Yan Schmidt heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 35 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by He Jing. Hansjörg Wastl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Fernado, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fabiano Sena to maneuver through the defense. Astor Evis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hansjörg Wastl. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half NECKER49 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Henrique Borges replaced Norberto Prata. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Jakobe to make the kick off. Hansjörg Wastl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Vallman in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match NECKER49 got a corner. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basilio Hegoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led NECKER49's Basilio Hegoi to fire away a dangerous shot which Hansjörg Wastl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hansjörg Wastl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Fernado in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match NECKER49 got a corner. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basilio Hegoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalie and right to Astor Evis. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a little luck, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Hansjörg Wastl got control of the ball when Benjamin Fernado tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Yan Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Yan Schmidt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Hitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hansjörg Wastl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Jakobe in the 72nd minute. Francisco Jakobe hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. NECKER49 made a substitution. Rene Baumer replaced Francisco Jakobe. Francisco Jakobe kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Hansjörg Wastl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Isidoro Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansjörg Wastl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Argina to maneuver through the defense. NECKER49's Maximino Hitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Sena in the 96th minute of play. The NECKER49 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
