Epifanio Orlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Petrică Ştefoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 27th minute of play. The referee ignored Club Atletico Juanita's protests and gave Edgardo Matteo a yellow card for diving instead. Edgardo Matteo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper Petrică Ştefoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Eriberto Theodore almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Şevket Çağa made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Club Atletico Juanita getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eriberto Theodore hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juanita's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but Petrică Ştefoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Kostas Masaboukas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th match minute, Club Atletico Juanita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Berdoi to maneuver through the defense. Petrică Ştefoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 69th minute of play. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Orlan in the 77th minute of play. Epifanio Orlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Reynaldo Merexildo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Club Atletico Juanita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Merexildo couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Orlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Epifanio Orlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta played a much better game than Club Atletico Juanita and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Juanita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
