Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Thor Forssberg made the kick off which started today's match. Czech Republic's attentive Daniel Vitek managed to snatch the ball when Anier Pereyra made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Thor Forssberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Hunfredo in the 17th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erik Jilek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Jax was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 25th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Erik Jilek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raul Jax. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Jilek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Thor Forssberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vavrinec Holub was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Thor Forssberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thor Forssberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Forssberg in the 52nd minute of play. Erik Jilek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raul Jax having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Forssberg in the 60th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Thor Forssberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Thor Forssberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Thor Forssberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D Atlético Villa Gesell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Alan Rezek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Raul Jax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Thor Forssberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Thor Forssberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Bohumir Kohout mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anier Pereyra might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vavrinec Holub. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anier Pereyra ran back to his position shaking his head. Thor Forssberg scored 5-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vavrinec Holub, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
