The America Futebol Clube SP fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Iago Bala who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Maxime Durand when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of America Futebol Clube SP booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remy Dupuy didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Jean Bombelles threw the ball into play from the sideline. America Futebol Clube SP's Luiz Eduardo Paraibano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jean Bombelles made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Frank Peletier however managed to control. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jean Bombelles made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by America Futebol Clube SP's Luiz Eduardo Paraibano. In the 63rd minute, Jeronimo Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. Jeronimo Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Rico notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 minutes of play, America Futebol Clube SP's Jeronimo Rico made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Jeronimo Rico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The America Futebol Clube SP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jeronimo Rico managed to get in a good position for a shot. America Futebol Clube SP's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeronimo Rico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean Bombelles made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by America Futebol Clube SP's Laércio Amorim. In the 95th minute, Jeronimo Rico made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. America Futebol Clube SP had won after a very even match.
