Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ricardinho Alvarenga kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 9th minute of play forced HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Dedé Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dedé Dionísio. HollywooDogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in HollywooDogs's zone, David Eikelkamp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedé Dionísio came out of the goal and David Eikelkamp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Dionísio having to interfere. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mathijn Doctor hit a great ball. Ricardinho Alvarenga came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnout Reekers could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Fabio Weidt got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Adhemar Lira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 51st minute of play. HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save HollywooDogs from getting a goal against them. Dedé Dionísio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 56th minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dedé Dionísio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game was made by Gust Ennemans with Gustaaf Groeneveldt as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 82nd minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dedé Dionísio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after HollywooDogs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio did a great save. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Dedé Dionísio made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Adhemar Lira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The HollywooDogs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
