Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexsandro Rodrigues got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pimentel. Callegari's Claudinho Alagoano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wilson Amorim but with some difficulty. Felipe Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Paiva having to interfere. Graciano Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Paiva having to interfere. In the 16th minute Alexsandro Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chicão Sergipano got free with Wilson Amorim in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Callegari's Frederico Moraes got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes, Claudinho Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Callegari and the Portugal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Claudinho Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 33rd minute of play forced Callegari's goalkeeper Davi Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Callegari the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Portugal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Callegari:s goal. When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Callegari's Claudinho Alagoano got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wilson Amorim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 38th minute of play forced Callegari's goalkeeper Davi Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Davi Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Davi Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Felipe Barreto took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davi Paiva. Davi Paiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 56th minute, Portugal's Viriato Moura ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Davi Paiva. Davi Paiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The supporters of Portugal booed when Callegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Callegari's João Carlos Simão was substituted for Durval Zonta. Claudinho Alagoano hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Callegari's Davi Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Callegari's Davi Paiva got control of the ball when Daniel Pimentel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Alexsandro Rodrigues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. In the 75th minute, Bartolomeu Dias made a precise shot to the right of Davi Paiva. Callegari's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Callegari's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Graciano Coutinho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Callegari's Davi Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Callegari from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Couto during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Couto. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Davi Paiva as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match was over Portugal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Callegari throughout the match.
