Fernando Grover started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Yakup Sargut in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A4p FC Gad's Cătălin Răduleț. Yakup Sargut got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Levander. Glenn Fyfe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baltazar Clavijo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Yao Zhan Sang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 16th minute of the match. Astor Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Glenn Fyfe made a huge save. Yakup Sargut kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, King Scorpio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Borussia Dortmund's Yao Zhan Sang. Yao Zhan Sang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If James Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yao Zhan Sang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erasmo Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Borussia Dortmund getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Yakup Sargut hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Borussia Dortmund's zone, Dumitru Purcărete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yao Zhan Sang came out of the goal and Dumitru Purcărete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when King Scorpio made the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute King Scorpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Zhan Sang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Gică Busuioc replaced James Batistuta. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by A4p FC Gad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yakup Sargut was slow to take the kick. During this time Borussia Dortmund's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Borussia Dortmund's Omar Orlanda getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Yao Zhan Sang successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Baltazar Clavijo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glenn Fyfe was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers King Scorpio in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yao Zhan Sang saved Borussia Dortmund from getting behind. In the 83rdth minute of the game King Scorpio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Dortmund's Yao Zhan Sang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Borussia Dortmund's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcin Pachucki was slow to take the kick. During this time A4p FC Gad's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on A4p FC Gad's corner Marcin Pachucki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yao Zhan Sang quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 88th minute of play forced Borussia Dortmund's goalkeeper Yao Zhan Sang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glenn Fyfe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Clavijo in the 89th minute of the match. Yao Zhan Sang came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio. But to his dismay, King Scorpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. King Scorpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Yao Zhan Sang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Borussia Dortmund supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching A4p FC Gad's performance. The match ended with a win for A4p FC Gad.
