Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Ruşdea in the 35th minute of play. Skellerup FC's Kenn Kuberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Skellerup FC from getting a goal against them. Kjell Sjöö stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jago Štriker's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 53rd minute of the match Skellerup FC got a corner. Curiphila Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kenn Kuberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Sá in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan-Benjamin Hula came free, but Kjell Sjöö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
