Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when William Westelinx got the match started through his kick off. FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sveto Georgijev's late challenge caught a FC Ouagadougou National's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sveto Georgijev helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Royal Oak's Sveto Georgijev got a free kick in the 7th minute. Velisav Makavejev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from William Westelinx went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. William Westelinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Velisav Makavejev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Westelinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Westelinx in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Velisav Makavejev saved Royal Oak from getting behind. Jusuf Đokić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rene Vereijt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Royal Oak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoje Šehović to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, William Westelinx notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Royal Oak's Velisav Makavejev. Velisav Makavejev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When William Westelinx came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Ouagadougou National fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that William Westelinx couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, William Westelinx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Velisav Makavejev. Royal Oak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Westelinx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. William Westelinx scored 0-5 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Velisav Makavejev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, William Westelinx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Velisav Makavejev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Velisav Makavejev came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ouagadougou National's Robert Justus. But to his dismay, Robert Justus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. William Westelinx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Velisav Makavejev having to make a save. Velisav Makavejev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Westelinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the game, William Westelinx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Velisav Makavejev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. William Westelinx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Westelinx scored 0-10 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Velisav Makavejev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. William Westelinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Royal Oak's Velisav Makavejev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Westelinx in the 67th minute of play. Abdulla Baia struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Velisav Makavejev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ouagadougou National. Abdulla Baia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Velisav Makavejev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Abdulla Baia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Velisav Makavejev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. In the 86th minute, Abdulla Baia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ouagadougou National fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Abdulla Baia took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Velisav Makavejev. Velisav Makavejev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-16. In the 96th minute Abdulla Baia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velisav Makavejev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded FC Ouagadougou National left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Royal Oak.
