Ertan Haneci made in the 4th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Ouagadougou National's Baba R. Hansen. Ertan Haneci hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Abdulla Baia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute, Ertan Haneci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Abdulla Baia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hori Blanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Abdulla Baia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASLAN ALFA's Hori Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the game, FC Ouagadougou National's Abdulla Baia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hori Blanco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hori Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulla Baia, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match FC Ouagadougou National got a corner. ASLAN ALFA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dani Rojas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Ouagadougou National's corner Baba R. Hansen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hori Blanco quite easily take care of the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Abdulla Baia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASLAN ALFA's Hori Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match FC Ouagadougou National got a corner. ASLAN ALFA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hori Blanco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40thth minute of the game Dani Rojas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASLAN ALFA's Hori Blanco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdulla Baia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd minute Abdulla Baia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hori Blanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sean Westelinx kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Veiko Naaber was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Bivall came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Veiko Naaber put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Rene Vereijt. When İlbey Oyum fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASLAN ALFA's protests and gave İlbey Oyum a yellow card for diving instead. İlbey Oyum kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Hori Blanco came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ouagadougou National's Abdulla Baia. But to his dismay, Abdulla Baia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Dani Rojas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Hori Blanco made a huge save. Hori Blanco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulla Baia's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Abdulla Baia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Hori Blanco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Nikolas Tsagris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Rene Vereijt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, ASLAN ALFA's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulla Baia came free, but Hori Blanco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulla Baia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-6 in the 68th playminute. When FC Ouagadougou National's Abdulla Baia in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hori Blanco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ASLAN ALFA! After 81 minutes ASLAN ALFA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dani Rojas who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Juan Santi heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Harald Bivall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Juan Santi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ASLAN ALFA's Hori Blanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Santi in the 89th minute of play. FC Ouagadougou National's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dani Rojas in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, ASLAN ALFA's Enis Raci got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 96 minutes of play, ASLAN ALFA's Harun Başesgi made it 3-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Vereijt was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Ouagadougou National supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Ouagadougou National would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
