Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 27th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Nicanor Vellito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herbert Henskens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Gamus came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes Apocalípticos & Caóticos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Pimentel who took care of the corner kick. Erasmo Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 97th minute of play. Apocalípticos & Caóticos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
