FC Wil 1900's Tory Pryor was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Johnny Della Rossa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Netherlands's Wim Wilmes in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. FC Wil 1900's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored to the left of an out of position Lionel Paly, making the score, 2-4. 70 minutes into the match, FC Wil 1900's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Lionel Paly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tory Pryor in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute Téo Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line.
