Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Doru Lițu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Reinaldo Trancoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Takis Koutsos having to interfere. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doru Lițu's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The Beatles's Takis Koutsos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Takacs Tibor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Takis Koutsos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 35th minute of play forced The Beatles's goalkeeper Takis Koutsos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Beatles's Takis Koutsos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaldo Trancoso got free with Fodor Daniel in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Takis Koutsos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Lițu in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaldo Trancoso in the 55th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Österlund kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Balazs Lajos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Takis Koutsos. That made the score 3-2 after 57 minutes of play. The The Beatles fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when The Beatles's Doru Lițu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Róbson Simões struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Beatles. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson Simões in the 68th minute of play. Takis Koutsos had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Antal Valentin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Evert Österlund kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when The Beatles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Österlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Takis Koutsos having to interfere. When Takacs Tibor fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Takacs Tibor a yellow card for diving instead. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Zeca Brodel put it in 5-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 6-3 when Zeca Brodel sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Beatles made a substitution. Arthur Simão replaced Elder Santos. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hungary players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Beatles.
