Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balazs Lajos during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arlindo Guedes. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 14th minute, AF CERRADO's Marcos Paulista ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 19 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Arlindo Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arlindo Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Hungary got a corner. AF CERRADO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Hungary booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Major Barna got a free kick in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arlindo Guedes was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. If Toninho Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antônio Carlos Bueno to make the kick off. AF CERRADO's Murilo Lucas pulled a muscle in his back after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Katona Janos's late challenge caught a AF CERRADO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Katona Janos helped the player get up and apologised. AF CERRADO's Dennis Contaldi was substituted for Murilo Lucas. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 64th minute of play. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Antal Valentin sped through AF CERRADO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arlindo Guedes. AF CERRADO's Felix Smits was substituted for Carlos Alberto Jacinto. When Antal Valentin got free in front of the goal in the 80th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Arlindo Guedes was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Arlindo Guedes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 85th minute. In the 88th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Contaldi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Arlindo Guedes in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The AF CERRADO fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antônio Carlos Bueno hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
