The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Elian Müller came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Aragorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elian Müller couldn't finish the play. In the 5th play minute Elian Müller came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tommy Kahn. 1-0. Andrés Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fedele Moretti got free with Tommy Kahn in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Elian Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elian Müller in the 31st minute of play. Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute of play. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elian Müller in the 35th minute of the match. Andrés Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elian Müller. Fedele Moretti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elian Müller in the 45th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Cuarto in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elian Müller in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elian Müller in the 57th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elian Müller's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Aragorn were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fortunato Pazienza took the corner. Aragorn's Fortunato Pazienza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. Janik Vogt's late challenge caught a Aragorn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janik Vogt helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Germany fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Aragorn. Elian Müller stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tommy Kahn. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elian Müller in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 77th minute. Aragorn's Dario Bertoni was substituted for Tony Stark. After 78 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. In the 82nd minute of the match Aragorn got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fortunato Pazienza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elian Müller in the 95th minute of play. After 98 played minutes Aragorn got a freekick which was hit by Ondřej Štika.
