In the 30th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Marines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Perkins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 58 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Graham Jolicoeur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Perkins in the 63rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Marines having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. After 70 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. 71 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Holweck during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87thth minute of the game Sonny Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Perkins in the 90th minute of play.
