Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Sandoval in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Baal Grunberg came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Felipe Barreto made a precise shot to the right of Wachirapong Wattanachinda. Clube do Remo MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 33 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Didi Mello who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Clube do Remo MZ's corner Didi Mello fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Amorim quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th minute, Felipe Barreto made a precise shot to the right of Wachirapong Wattanachinda. Clube do Remo MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baal Grunberg's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After 43 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Viriato Moura. Baal Grunberg took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Didi Mello hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baal Grunberg went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the game, Clube do Remo MZ's Baal Grunberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baal Grunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Pimentel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. 76 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Felipinho Amorim came free, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Mandrak in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Clube do Remo MZ fully deserved thier win.
