Janusz Jakubiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czech Republic. In the 12th minute, Alan Rezek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. When Denis Dostal came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Dostal couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Ekipa Gabi defense, Denis Dostal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janusz Jakubiak. The Ekipa Gabi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janusz Jakubiak should have stopped the shot. Erik Jilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Janusz Jakubiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Zachary Pankowski sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Ekipa Gabi's Vavrinec Holub threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barnaba Lamczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alan Rezek kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Alan Rezek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Jilek took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janusz Jakubiak. Janusz Jakubiak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Ekipa Gabi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Czech Republic were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erik Jilek was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. David Rusil hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alan Rezek got free with Janusz Jakubiak in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 64 minutes of play, Czech Republic's Denis Dostal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Janusz Jakubiak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 78th minute of the game was made by Svatopluk Capek with David Rusil as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 81st minute, Alan Rezek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Barnaba Lamczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janusz Jakubiak was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Denis Dostal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Denis Dostal really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Wincenty Grabowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Erik Jilek came free in the 90th minute and tried to tip the ball over Janusz Jakubiak, but to the joy of Ekipa Gabi's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Denis Dostal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Dostal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Janusz Jakubiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Svatopluk Capek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Czech Republic eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
