Inter Miami CF's Juan Raúl Riquelme got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Teo Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After some careless play in the Inter Miami CF defense, Takacs Tibor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teo Pacorro. The Inter Miami CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teo Pacorro should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Raúl Riquelme in the 63rd minute of play. In the 69th minute, Juan Raúl Riquelme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Teo Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 75th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Urtungo in the 77th minute of play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Balazs Lajos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Teo Pacorro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Teo Pacorro was a little too slow when Major Barna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Teo Pacorro in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
