Eric Thomi hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Arotza. In the 18th minute, Reynaldo Arotza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Reynaldo Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. After 25 minutes of play, Murciélagos FC's Reynaldo Arotza made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuele Kunz in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Romero saved Murciélagos FC from getting behind. Teobaldo Izel made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Switzerland's Gustav Iseli. When Rodrigo von Känel fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Switzerland's protests and gave Rodrigo von Känel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Rodrigo von Känel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuele Kunz was the one to do the kick off. Reynaldo Arotza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Jacinto Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Switzerland's attentive Federico Wiesendanger managed to snatch the ball when Reynaldo Arotza made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. After 63 played minutes Murciélagos FC got a freekick which was hit by Yaser Camcıoğlu. In the 74th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fridolin Neumeister to maneuver through the defense. Samuele Kunz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Romero having to make a save. Murciélagos FC made a substitution. Dante Guerau replaced Teobaldo Izel. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Arotza in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo Siegmund to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Murciélagos FC's zone, Samuele Kunz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Romero came out of the goal and Samuele Kunz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
