The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, A.A. Francana's Ruy Fantini got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes in the game Wilton Romero did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to José Vítor Carvalho. After some careless play in the A.A. Francana defense, Igor Nóbrega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Telmo Trigo. The A.A. Francana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Telmo Trigo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Grêmio RK75 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marco Aurelio hit a great ball. A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Nóbrega in the 26th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Leandro Damião mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grêmio RK75 and the A.A. Francana players grew even worse after the yellow card. Telmo Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Matias Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telmo Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Nóbrega went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 0-6 became the score in the 41st minute when Igor Nóbrega elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Leandro Damião sped through A.A. Francana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Telmo Trigo. After the first half Grêmio RK75 were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Igor Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Nóbrega blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Telmo Trigo having to make a save. Telmo Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in A.A. Francana fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Grêmio RK75 a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Igor Nóbrega, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo. 0-9. Igor Nóbrega might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Telmo Trigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Nóbrega ran back to his position shaking his head. Telmo Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Nóbrega in the 66th minute. Telmo Trigo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio RK75's Leandro Damião. But to his dismay, Leandro Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 74 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Nóbrega came free, but Telmo Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grêmio RK75's attentive Marco Aurelio managed to snatch the ball when Serginho Alagoano made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Leandro Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Telmo Trigo made a huge save. Guilherme Xande hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Igor Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Telmo Trigo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Nóbrega. When Igor Nóbrega in the 83rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Telmo Trigo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-11 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After 88th play minutes Igor Nóbrega shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Telmo Trigo and just under the crossbar into goal. Telmo Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Damião in the 94th minute. The A.A. Francana supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Grêmio RK75's performance. The match ended with a win for Grêmio RK75.
