The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Nóbrega got free with Cevher Demirer in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Aytekin Köksan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC MIDWAY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio RK75 the free kick. In the 5th match minute, FC MIDWAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aytekin Köksan to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC MIDWAY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Igor Nóbrega was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio RK75's players had a chance to rest. When Grêmio RK75's Guilherme Xande, in the 11th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Grêmio RK75. 14 minutes into the match, FC MIDWAY's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Nóbrega came free, but Cevher Demirer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes FC MIDWAY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Igor Nóbrega who took care of the corner kick. Grêmio RK75's Igor Nóbrega was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cevher Demirer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Igor Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cevher Demirer having to interfere. The corner led to Grêmio RK75's Guilherme Xande getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. FC MIDWAY's Cevat Birsel got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cevat Birsel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Taffarel having to make a save. Ali Güralp Tolunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Matias Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grêmio RK75's Matias Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Güralp Tolunay in the 35th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Nóbrega kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cevher Demirer. That made the score 1-0 in the 36 minute of play. Cevher Demirer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Matias Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cevat Birsel in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cevat Birsel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC MIDWAY's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Suárez came free, but Cevher Demirer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cevat Birsel in the 52nd minute. After 55 played minutes Grêmio RK75 got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Xande. After 57 minutes, Guilherme Xande mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grêmio RK75 and the FC MIDWAY players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Suárez in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cevher Demirer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cevher Demirer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Suárez in the 65th minute of play. Grêmio RK75 were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after FC MIDWAY's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Nóbrega took the corner. Grêmio RK75's attentive Guilherme Xande managed to snatch the ball when Aytekin Köksan made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. Igor Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Nóbrega in the 72nd minute of play forced FC MIDWAY's goalkeeper Cevher Demirer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cevher Demirer had in the 79thth minute some difficulties stopping Igor Nóbrega's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Raşit Kuter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC MIDWAY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio RK75 the free kick. 89 minutes into the game, one of FC MIDWAY:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cevher Demirer had in the 92ndth minute some difficulties stopping Igor Nóbrega's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, FC MIDWAY's Kurtuluş Öğeturk got a free kick in the 99th minute. Grêmio RK75's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
