Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Oskar Pettersson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Valter Mellin struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheetah Team. Claes Caspersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 5th minute of the match. After 6 minutes Cheetah Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cheetah Team's goalie prevented a goal. After 13 minutes Cheetah Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cheetah Team's goalie and right to Linus Schwerner. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cheetah Team's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 28th minute, Janik Vogt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Claes Caspersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Claes Caspersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valter Mellin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. Valter Mellin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valter Mellin went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Willy Stieler made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adrian Dreifuss. 72 minutes into the game, Tom Holmstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheetah Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. The supporters of Germany booed when Cheetah Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Holmstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valter Mellin in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
