Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Bigode Grosso's Ronaldo Serra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Frank Sachs took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Cardozo. Leandro Cardozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Luís Eduardo Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Cardozo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudinei Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Cardozo having to interfere. In the 27th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a Bigode Grosso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. Leandro Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Bigode Grosso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 43rd minute of play forced Bigode Grosso's goalkeeper Leandro Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Bigode Grosso players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Germany were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Eduardo Vidal hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 60 minutes, Albin Holweck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Bigode Grosso players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bigode Grosso booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Serra in the 62nd minute of play. After 66 played minutes Bigode Grosso got a freekick which was hit by Hudson Esteves. The supporters of Germany booed when Bigode Grosso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Leandro Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 71st minute of the match Luís Eduardo Vidal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luís Eduardo Vidal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
