Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 4th minute of play forced CERPA's goalkeeper Dalmacio Mero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Aritza came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Barbier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Durand didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 15th match minute, CERPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind CERPA's goalkeeper Dalmacio Mero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Frank Peletier took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Dalmacio Mero to make any attempt to save it. Mariano Orti's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Orti helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CERPA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mariano Orti hit a great ball. David Barbier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Mero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over France could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CERPA throughout the match.
