Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jari Alenius got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, NAGANO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 郝德坤 to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Alenius in the 5th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jari Alenius took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jari Alenius in the 13th minute. Vellito Alguerdo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute NAGANO F.C were awarded a corner. Clodoveo Weather went to the cornerflag to take it. Vellito Alguerdo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Thorbjörn Hong in the 32 minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Vellito Alguerdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Bastos made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Caetano Moreira however managed to control. Vellito Alguerdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Jari Alenius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NAGANO F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Thorbjörn Hong made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Caetano Moreira. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Portugal's Caetano Moreira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Vellito Alguerdo was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Felipe Barreto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felipe Barreto really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. 64 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Alenius came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Fabricio Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NAGANO F.C the free kick. After 67 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Andrade. 69 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's Jari Alenius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee gave NAGANO F.C a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jari Alenius, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. 3-3. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Batistuta in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, NAGANO F.C's Gabriel Batistuta made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cléber Medeiros charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cléber Medeiros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Graciano Coutinho hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, 郝德坤 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and 郝德坤 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Åke Hong made in the 93rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Erk Hong immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Portugal booed when NAGANO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Batistuta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, NAGANO F.C's Cléber Medeiros got a free kick in the 95th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Daniel Pimentel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Pimentel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for NAGANO F.C.
