Andres Calamaro in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fodor Daniel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 14thth minute of the game Andres Calamaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Andres Calamaro sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The audience was convinced that Andres Calamaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Calamaro in the 60th minute of play. Andres Calamaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 邓真义. That made the score 2-2 after 96 minutes of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
